ARTIC CHALET — Access and Use Instructions (Deck1920)

Step 01 — Welcome and Access

Welcome! Your stay at Deck1920 will begin soon, and we are happy to have you with us. 🥰

Attention: Access is made through passcodes via self check-in. There is no front desk on-site — if you have questions, contact us via WhatsApp.

We provide an instructional video showing the access route through the rural road — it is essential to watch it before arriving, especially if you are arriving at night, as GPS may not always indicate the easiest route in rural areas.

Step 02 — How to access the gates

Step 03 — Entering Deck1920 (Self check-in)

Your check-in is self check-in. You will enter by typing the passcodes at the gates and at the room door. No staff will be present.

Your gate access code will be provided the day before your arrival, after completing the National Guest Registration Form.

Step 04 — Access to the Artic Chalet and Jacuzzi Rules

Access to the Artic Chalet is via the decks past the reception.

Jacuzzi usage rules

• Jacuzzi recommended temperature: 36°C.
• Press the right display button to turn on.
• Do not let it overflow — fee: R$ 250.00.
• Automatic shutoff system — keep it running normally.
• If too hot, add cold water carefully.
• Adjust temperature on the left display.

Step 05 — Kitchen use

Please keep the space clean.

• Excessive dirt: cleaning fee R$ 250.00.
• Check voltage on appliances.
• Broken items will be charged.
• Careful with oven, microwave, and cooktop.
• Breakfast basket (if ordered) is in the fridge.
