Welcome, you will soon start your stay at DECK 1920 and we are happy to welcome you contact via whatsapp).

Below you will have all the essential information for access to our space. IT IS ESSENTIAL that the information is read carefully before your arrival.

To help you access the DECK1920, we provide an EXPLANATORY VIDEO on how to access the RURAL road, making it easier to find. IT IS ESSENTIAL that you watch it before your arrival, as it is a rural area, the GPS cannot always give you accurate information and the easiest access route. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AT NIGHT TIME.

ENTRY TO DECK 1920 - SELF-CHECK-IN
 

Your check-in takes place in the SELF CHECK-IN mode, that is, you will enter by entering your access password at the gates and on the door of your room. THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON THE PLACE, this way you can enter independently and completely privately.

*ENTRY GATES MUST BE CLOSED BY GUESTS AFTER ENTRY, TO PREVENT ACCESS BY UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE AND THUS MAINTAIN YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHER GUESTS.

YOUR ACCESS PASSWORD AT THE ENTRY GATES will be provided the day before your arrival, but only after completing the National Guest Registration Form, containing the attached documentation of the person responsible for the reservation and additional guests.

JACUZZI USE RULES:
 

YOU WILL FIND THE JACUZZI WITH THE HEATING AND FILTERING ENGINE ALWAYS ON (left display with several buttons) AT THE APPROPRIATE TEMPERATURE FOR USE (see instructions for use in the information attached next to the display);
 

WHEN ENTERING, TURN ON THE BUTTON (single) ON THE DISPLAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE;
 

** WHEN LEAVING, ALWAYS KEEP THE LEFT DISPLAY ON AND TURN OFF THE RIGHT DISPLAY;

** NEVER EMPTY THE JACUZZI WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION (subject to a fine of 250.00 reais);

** THE JACUZZI HAS AN AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN SYSTEM, KEEP IT ON;

** IN THE MORNING, IF YOU WANT TO USE IT AGAIN, TURN IT ON TO RETURN THE TEMPERATURE (this takes around 1 to 2 hours depending on the weather).

** IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS VERY HOT, ADD MORE WATER WITH THE SHOWER NEXT TO IT, ALWAYS BE CAREFUL THAT THE WATER LEVEL DOES NOT OVERFLOW;

** IF THE WATER IS NOT HOT TO YOUR LIKE, ADJUST THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE ON THE LEFT DISPLAY, USING THE ARROWS, AND WAIT A FEW MINUTES WITH THE JACUZZI COVER CLOSED SO THAT THE WATER REACHES THE SELECTED TEMPERATURE;

** NEVER LEAVE THE JACUZZI WITH THE COVER OPEN WHEN NOT IN USE, AS THE TEMPERATURE CAN GET COOL, IN ADDITION TO LEAVING THE ENVIRONMENT VERY HUMID, POURING WATER ONTO THE GLASSES AND DAMAGING THE FURNITURE (if the space has excess humidity, due to the improper use of the cover, an additional fee for drying and cleaning the space will be charged in the amount of 250.00 reais);

ATTENTION

*** TO MAINTAIN HYGIENE IT IS MANDATORY TO SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE JACUZZI;

*** IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE JACUZZI WITH SWIMMING CLOTHES THAT HAVE METAL OR PLASTIC ACCESSORIES, OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL THAT COULD DAMAGE THE PAINT. IN CASE OF DAMAGES THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED.
 

1) WHEN ENTERING, MAKE SURE BOTH MOTORS ARE ON, (RIGHT AND LEFT DISPLAY);

2) WE GENERALLY LEAVE THE LEFT DISPLAY ON (heating and filtering). IN THIS CASE YOU MUST TURN ON THE DISPLAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE (the one with a single button);

3) NEVER TURN OFF THE LEFT DISPLAY AS IT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILTERING AND HEATING

4) ALWAYS COVER THE JACUZZI WITH THE ROLLABLE COVER (guests who do not cover the cover when it is not in use and/or empty the jacuzzi will be fined - R$ 250.00 reais);

USE OF THE KITCHEN
 

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A PLEASANT, WELL EQUIPPED AND DECORATED SPACE FOR YOUR MEALS AND LEISURE. PLEASE KEEP THIS SPACE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES (INCLUDING NO DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK). EXCESSIVE GREASE AND LIQUID SPILLS WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE IN THE VALUE OF 250.00 REAIS;
 

ALWAYS CHECK THE VOLTAGE OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS TO PREVENT THEM FROM BEING CONNECTED TO THE WRONG VOLTAGE, THEY ARE IDENTIFIED WITH A VOLTAGE LABEL, MISUSE OF THESE OBJECTS WILL CAUSE EXTRA COSTS FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR;
 

BROKEN CUPS AND BOWLS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST;
ATTENTION WHEN USING THE ELECTRIC OVEN, MICROWAVE AND COOKTOP.

EXCESSIVE DIRT, AND DAMAGES TO THE SAME SUCH AS SCRATCHES AND STAINS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST;
 

** if the electric oven is used incorrectly, with excessive dirt, stains resulting from grease splashes, a cleaning maintenance fee will be charged in the amount of R$ 250.00 reais
 

** IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED A BREAKFAST BASKET, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE REFRIGERATOR. JUST SERVE YOURSELF AT THE TIME YOU DESIRE.

CHECK-OUT

Your check-out will be carried out in the same way as Check-In, which means that you simply enter your passwords to open and close the doors and gate. KEEP ALL ENVIRONMENTS CLOSED AFTER YOU LEAVE, to maintain the safety of other guests staying at the property.
 

IF YOU HAVE CONSUMED ANY AVAILABLE ITEM, payment must be made before check-out, leaving cash on top of the minibar.
